Refund policy

You can cancel at any time from the member area, which you enter with a link sent to the email address you joined with, or by writing to estuardomedaandco@gmail.com from that address. A cancellation asked for by email is confirmed by reply.

Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your membership stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.

Payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, in whole or in part, when you cancel. You keep your membership until that period ends.

We will refund a payment in full where:

• you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same period;
• you were charged for a renewal after we had confirmed your cancellation;
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

Some events sell tickets on this site. If we cancel an event you hold tickets for, you will be offered a full refund of what you paid us for them. If we change its date or venue and you can no longer come, write to us and we will refund you.

If you can no longer attend an event that is going ahead, write to estuardomedaandco@gmail.com as early as you can, with your order reference. Whether a ticket can be refunded or passed to another guest in that case has not been set as a general rule yet; until it is, each request is answered individually.

Other places are arranged by enquiry. If such a booking involves a payment or a deposit, its cancellation and refund terms are given to you in writing before you pay, and those terms apply.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe. Once we issue one, your bank or card provider decides how quickly it appears on your statement.

Write to estuardomedaandco@gmail.com with the email address you paid with, your order reference if it is about tickets, and what happened. We read every request.
